Dual Services Manager

40 HOURS A WEEK | PERMANENT | £38,333

As the Dual Services Manager you will be required to manage the day to day delivery of the Security & Cleaning services at the Victoria Shopping Centre in the heart of Southend on Sea. You will be expected to manage staff members undertaking cleaning and security in line with an agreed specification for this site.

 Working in partnership with the Centre Management. You need to be able to produce and review Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Staff communication is key and management of rotas and compliance with site requirements is achieved.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced  individual  with a strong work ethic and flexible approach. You must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to manage a large team and individual staff members, focusing on ensuring high standard services are delivered and training and development opportunities are progressed.

This role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
