Our People

Vecteo employs 118 dedicated staff who are trained to deliver safe, confident, and compassionate support. Every team member completes extensive training in:

• Epilepsy, diabetes, and anaphylaxis awareness
• Data protection and cyber security

Many Passenger Assistants also undertake additional specialist medical training, enabling them to support children and adults with more complex needs. Our people are selected not only for their skills, but for their empathy, professionalism, and commitment to passenger wellbeing.

Our Fleet and Compliance

Vecteo operates a modern, fully compliant fleet designed to meet the diverse needs of SEND passengers and community users.

• 23 eight seater private hire vehicles
• 24 sixteen seater PCV vehicles
• Accessibility focused adaptations

• All private hire vehicles and drivers licensed by the SCC Licensing Authority
• PCV operations delivered under an official Operator's Licence issued by the Traffic Commissioner

Our Services

SEND Home to School Transport

Each school day, Vecteo safely transports around 460 SEND children to and from school using both inhouse vehicles and trusted subcontractors. Our service is tailored to individual needs, providing consistency, familiarity, and emotional security for every child.

Accompanied Travel

For passengers who require additional support, our trained Passenger Assistants provide calm, reassuring, and professional accompaniment throughout the journey. Their presence ensures safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

Dial A Ride

Vecteo supports SCC's Dial A Ride service, offering flexible, accessible transport for residents who face mobility challenges or barriers to using conventional public transport.

Adult Social Care Transport

We provide safe, respectful, and reliable transport for adults accessing day services, medical appointments, community activities, and social care support. Our staff are trained to work with a wide range of needs, ensuring every passenger feels supported and valued.

Community Transport & Logistics
