All of our team members have a SIA license, supported by CSAS accredited Team Leaders and are highly trained to deal with the most complex and challenging situations. Our team respond to any incident and ensure the safety of all individuals and protection of the property is of the utmost importance.

  • Patrols, concierge, security personnel for individual buildings and sites and marshalling
  • 24/7 365 days a year cover for emergency security call out provision
  • Direct line for immediate access to a responsive security team
  • Housemark App enabling collation of evidence and video footage produced daily and sent directly to Client via email.
  • All team members wear professional uniforms, high viz lone working devices and townlink radio access
  • Footage available via body worn cameras (Police Specification) enabling both day time and night time footage to be captured. In accordance with GDPR and Privacy requirements.
  • Mandatory Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Customer Services and First Aid training
