South Essex Property Services are seeking a dependable and professional  Customer Service Assistant  to support residents by handling calls and emails, raising jobs, and ensuring all enquiries are managed with care and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for residents needing assistance, so excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, empathetic approach are essential.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, and full training will be provided. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and responsive environment for residents, and we offer a supportive team.
