South Essex Facilities Management
South Essex Facilities Management is the Section 95 Company set up within the Southend City Council Group, which includes the direct parent South Essex Homes, a Company Limited by Guarantee and wholly owned by Southend City Council. Together with our partner, South Essex Property Services, we provide a wide range of facilities management and property management services.
As part of the Group, we have over 25 years of experience in Estate based service delivery, including cleaning and other facility management services including security and cleaning.
The Management and Leadership Team oversee all three organisations and have gained accreditations in both South Essex Homes and SEPS for cleaning and FM services.
