We are looking for a Sheltered Housing and Careline Officer whose primary focus will be to conduct resident support plans and needs & risk assessments within our Sheltered Housing Schemes, and assist in the completion of Health & Safety compliance checks.
Careline is a 24-hour emergency response centre; monitoring and supporting the residents of Southend on Sea within their Sheltered Housing Schemes, and also supporting elderly and disabled people living in their own homes within the community.
We require a caring person who has excellent ICT, organisational, and communication skills. This role involves on site presence in our sheltered housing schemes and main office, therefore a full driving licence is required.
