Fire Door Inspections - Crabtree Property

 South Essex Property Services were approached by Crabtree Property to provide fire door inspections and remedial works where required. We worked with the Property Manager to carry out the on-site inspections to ensure the doors comply with legislation and regulation, which is paramount in keeping residents safe. Each inspection included a full report detailing any remedial works that were carried out on site or further works that are needed.

Fire door inspections are essential to fully ensure health and safety measures are met and legislations are complied with. We provide fully comprehensive inspections which can be done on an annual or 6 monthly basis.

The Property Manager said:

For example, investigation of flat front doors (at a couple of my sites) or carrying out remedial works recommended in the FRA – they have been professional and thorough in their approach.

I could see why they held a Teams meeting to give an insight of what to expect in the report – explanation given particularly on what was done and how it was carried out.
