Building Surveyor
- Salary – £40K to £46K (spot salary) dependent upon experience and qualifications
- Permanent Position – 37 hours per week
South Essex Property Services are looking for a Building Surveyor to specify and check works relating to responsive repairs, void properties, disrepair claims and planned and capital works programmes for our client, Castlepoint Borough Council’s social housing stock.
This role plays a vital part in delivering South Essex Homes’ Service Level Agreement with Castlepoint Borough Council and contributes towards effective delivery of building services in line with our client’s expectations.
This is a varied role and you will be expected to carry out a range of tasks relating to the maintenance and safety of Castlepoint’s housing stock.
